Biographical Information
PERSONAL:

Rep. Danny Sterling was born and raised in Noble, where his family owned a dairy farm. He attended Noble Public Schools and graduated from Oklahoma State University in the top 10% of his class. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in agriculture education from OSU.

He worked at Tecumseh Public Schools for 40 years, where he taught agriculture education and served as assistant principal and principal at Tecumseh High School. Sterling also owns a small cattle operation and served for 17 years as co-director and manager of the Central District Livestock Show in Shawnee.

Sterling and his wife, Jenna, have four grown sons and six grandchildren. They are members of Faith Christian Church, where Sterling serves on the leadership team.
