Biographical Information
PERSONAL:

A lifelong resident of Stephens County, Boles graduated from Marlow High School. He attended Eastern Oklahoma State College, where he played baseball and graduated with an Associate degree in Business. He then attended Dallas Baptist University, where he played NCAA Division-1 baseball and completed his bachelor’s degree in business. He earned a dual MBA degree in finance and business management, graduating with honors.

Prior to serving in the Legislature, Boles served as mayor of Marlow from 2014-2018 and was also on the Marlow Public School Board of Education. He also served as president of the Marlow Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

He served as president of his family’s manufacturing business for ten years. Under his leadership, the company grew from 100 employees to 500 employees and was one of the fastest growing privately owned manufacturing businesses in the nation, according to Inc. Magazine.

In 2018, the family manufacturing business sold to a publicly traded company. Today, Boles is an entrepreneur and small business owner in multiple businesses, including a personnel staffing and recruiting company that employs over 100 people, a commercial real estate business, and an automotive Quick Lube and car wash business.

Boles has served in a variety of state leadership roles, including as Chair of the Board for the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance, the State Chamber Board Director, and was a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class 31. He has received numerous awards, including the Association of South Central Oklahoma Governments’ Business Leader of the Year, the Eastern Oklahoma State College Young Alumnus of the Year, and Marlow Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year.

Boles and his wife Michelle are college sweethearts and have been married since 2006. They live in Marlow and are blessed with two children, Kristin (12) and Matthew (10). Boles and his family are active members of First Baptist Church of Marlow, where he serves as an ordained deacon, treasurer and Sunday school teacher.
