PERSONAL:
Kevin McDugle was born and raised on a small livestock farm in Morrison, Oklahoma until his family moved to Cleveland, Oklahoma in 1980. Even at a young age, Kevin knew the value of hard work. At age 12, he worked with his father on the oilfield first doing odd jobs then working his way up as an oilfield electrician apprentice all while still attending high school. Kevin now lives in Wagoner County.
Kevin McDugle is the founder of several businesses. He is the former executive director and board member of Soldier’s Wish a nonprofit organization that helps grant the wishes of our active military and those that have an honorable discharge.
Kevin is the author of “Inside the Mind of a Marine Drill Instructor” a book which was forwarded by Tony Orlando of the Tony Orlando and Dawn show. The book released in 2014.
Kevin graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Phoenix University and a Bachelor degree in business from Southern Nazarene University. He was an adjunct professor for Wesleyan University’s Tulsa and Miami Campuses.
Kevin served his country by enlisting in the Marine Corps and served in combat in the first Gulf War and also served in Bosnia and Somalia combat zones. He eventually became a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, SC. Kevin left the Marine Corps when his first child was born at Parris Island, SC.
Kevin enjoys leading people and encouraging others to reach their full potential. John Maxwell says that an organization that continues to train its people is an organization that continues to increase its potential and possibilities. Kevin is a John Maxwell Certified speaker, coach and trainer. Kevin was also a Platinum Club Member of Anthony Robbins and traveled with 150 other business owners around the World during his tenure.
Kevin loves building new business and helping others to find their niche in life. His hobbies include Golf, Flying, Travel and Business.
Kevin McDugle was elected to the State House in 2016 for State House District 12 in Oklahoma which includes Coweta, Wagoner, Porter and Okay.
ORGANIZATIONS:
Kevin is a life member of the Marine Corps League, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Kevin is a member of the Rolling Thunder, Wagoner County Republican Party, Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, Wagoner Chamber of Commerce and the Coweta Chamber of Commerce.
