Rep. Mark Chapman is the State Representative for Oklahoma House District 12, which includes Broken Arrow, Coweta, and most of Wagoner County.
As a lifelong entrepreneur from Broken Arrow, Chapman owns a professional video equipment dealership and is an experienced real estate investor.
Chapman earned an associate degree from OSU Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University. Elected in 2024, he serves as vice chair of the Utilities Committee and sits serves on three others: Energy and Natural Resources Oversight, A&B Health Sub Committee and Administrative Rules.
He previously served as vice chair of the Wagoner County GOP and is committed to pro-life values, Second Amendment rights and serving District 12.
Chapman and his wife Brenda, both business owners, have been married for nearly 40 years. They have three married children and five grandchildren. Together, they enjoy family time and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs.
