Biographical Information
PERSONAL:

State Representative Cody Maynard was elected in 2022 to represent District 21 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, which includes parts of Bryan and Marshall Counties. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Cody holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accountancy from Abilene Christian University. He became a licensed CPA in 2012 and brings that expertise to the Capitol, focusing on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and practical, conservative solutions.

Cody remains actively involved in his local community. He serves on the Lead Team for Legacy Christian School, is a member of the Durant Area Chamber of Commerce, and regularly contributes to local efforts like Serve Durant and the Durant Sustainability Coalition. He also helped launch Trail Life Troop 2911, a Christian outdoor leadership program for boys, where he serves as treasurer.

Cody and his wife, Crystal, are raising their three children in Durant and are active members of Victory Life Church. His work is shaped by his faith, his dedication to family, and his belief in limited government, personal freedom, and the core values that strengthen Oklahoma.
