Kevin Wallace was elected in 2014 to the Oklahoma House of Representatives, House District 32, which includes Lincoln County, the S.E. corner of Logan County, and a small portion of Southern Payne County. In 2017, Rep. Wallace was appointed to a leadership position, as chairman of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee, a major accomplishment for a representative serving the third year of a second term.
In the House, he also serves as chair of the Joint Committee on Appropriations and Budget, as co-chair of the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency (LOFT) Legislative Oversight Committee, and co-chair of the Joint Committee on Tribal Relations. He also is a member of the House Wildlife Committee and has served on the State and Federal Redistricting North Central Oklahoma Subcommittee. He has also served on the Board of Leadership Oklahoma since 2021, and as co-chair of the Oklahoma Sportsmen's Legislative Caucus since 2020.
Wallace previously served as vice chair of the Wildlife Committee and was a member of the Energy & Natural Resources, Business, Labor & Retirement Law, and Agriculture & Rural Development committees as well as the Appropriations & Budget Subcommittee on Natural Resources & Regulatory Services.
A lifelong Lincoln County resident, Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1993. He co-founded American Cellular Service and Dynatek Development Services, which he sold in 2000. That same year, Wallace founded SWT Construction. Wallace is co-owner of Wallahachie L.L.C., a Whitetail deer and cattle breeding operation.
Wallace’s successful and lengthy business experience has created numerous jobs for fellow Lincoln County residents. He serves his community as a state representative and is a member of the Chandler Lion’s Club. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Wellston and is the proud father of two grown daughters, Ashlynn and Hailey.
