Biographical Information
PERSONAL:

Rep. Tammy Townley was elected to House District 48 in 2018. Prior to her election, she served as Deputy County Clerk in Carter County.

Townley previously supervised 13 counties and 108 trainees for a nonprofit helping provide jobs for senior citizens. She also spent 13 years on the Governor's Workforce Council, helping find solutions for community workforce needs. Additionally, she co-owned and managed The Living Word, a Bible bookstore in Ardmore, for over 22 years.

She is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, where she earned a degree in marketing, and has one daughter, Victoria.
