Biographical Information
PERSONAL:

In 2022, Rep. Nick Archer was elected to represent House District 55 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives.

Archer was born in Sayre, Oklahoma, but shortly moved to Elk City. After graduating from Elk City High School, he attended the University of Oklahoma, where he was in the President's Leadership Class and earned a bachelor's degree in architecture.

In 2013 Archer and his wife, Katie, returned to Western Oklahoma. In the same year, Archer joined Leadership Elk City, where he was introduced to local government. He serves as the Director of Engineering at Great Plains Analytical Services. He served on the Elk City Planning and Zoning Commission, and in 2019, Archer was elected as the Mayor of Elk City for two terms.

Archer and Katie have two children, Alexander and Emilia.
